Crossflow turbine of the Cink-Banki System
The chief difference between the Cink-Banki and Ossberger systems is the used mode of control of the working water inlet on the runner. A control segment was developed for Cink-Banki turbines, opening and closing the entire inlet chamber at the same time. Furthermore no twincell-construction was developed. The production of turbines of the Cink-Banki system stopped in 2005.
